Then do it again
You repeat until it comes naturally, without thinking.
That is what Relationship Coaching is all about.
I want you to succeed. I also know it can take time for you to gain confidence in your ability to use these tools on your own.
Or, maybe you hit an extra difficult spot in your relationship and need some extra help to navigate through it with your skills.
I do not want you to feel alone in this.

You have some tools; I am here to help make sure you use them correctly and to help you get better ones.
Relationship Coaching for Lesbians:
Because these sessions are scheduled ‘as-needed’, they are a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. This intensive approach lets us get to the issue, review what you have tried, then address it in a more successful manner.
These sessions are not couples therapy where you explore overall issues. They are most helpful when you are trying a skill and are getting stuck or you have a specific situation to address but are not sure how to use your tools for it.
In this format, it does not matter where you are, near or far, you can reach me. Additionally, we have the added benefit of being able to record our coaching sessions so you can review them later on and continue to benefit from them.
Because Relationship Coaching Sessions focus on you applying and practicing specific skills, you must attend a Private Retreat or Couples Workshop with me before you may access this option.
Some people get muscles on their own, others want a coach.
As a lesbian, you may be a ‘DIY’ kind of person. I totally support that.
